30(!!) minutes after the scheduled start time of the appointment I texted just to inform that i am waiting. The answer from her operator was that something had happened to the girl and she cant come, without even apologizing.
I never write reviews but this unprofessional behavior made me do it. They totally ruined my night because i had arranged a long date.
